Admission process

Admission in Master 2 is open, on record, to all francophone people justifying a university degree of four years in law, or in European business law. However, the access is different depending on the profile of the student.

I. EU citizen candidates 

(except French citizens and residents - see the French version of our website)

In order to be admitted to the Master 2 the candidate must be successful in an examination  which includes two oral French tests in order to test their level of knowledge of the French langage, especially legal French, as well as the level of general knowledge of the European Union law and European business law. Applicants must submit a file with the Secretariat of the Law School of the University of Bucharest and pay a participation fee (http://www.drept.unibuc.ro/Studii-de-master-s132-ro.htm).

Attention: holders of other diplomas than Romanian must obtain a registration at the University of Bucharest from the Romanian authorities, which include a long procedure for recognition of the equivalence of diplomas (including the baccalaureate). It is strongly recommended that you make the necessary steps no later than the end of June / beginning of July. Registration period for the entrance test: beginning of September 2017.


II. Non- european citizens

(except French residents - see the French version of our website)

Applications must be addressed both to the Law College and the Office of international relations of the University of Bucharest before the 1st of July 2019 (for the Law College: the academic record of the last 4 years, CV, letter of motivation in French, copy of an ID ; for the Office of the International Relations of the University of Bucharest, please check with their services - see: http://www.unibuc.ro/n/organizare/dirrelext/).
